We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, inerrant Word of God, providentially preserved in English in the Authorized King James Version.  It is the basis in all matters of faith and practice.  Rightly dividing is imperative to properly understanding the scriptures.
(Pro. 30:5; Psa. 12:6-7; II Tim. 3:15-17; II Tim. 2:15)
We believe God is a Trinity - the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Ghost
(I John 5:7, John 1:1,14, 10:30,38, 14:9, 2 John 1:3,7, Genesis 1:26-27, 11:6-9, Hosea 12:4-5, 2 Corinthians 3:17, Luke 20:42)
We believe in the Deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His vicarious atonement, His physical bodily resurrection, and His literal second coming.
(John 1:1-3,14; I Tim. 3:16; Isa. 7:14; I John. 2:1-2; Matt. 24-25)
We believe salvation is "by grace through faith" in the finished work of Jesus Christ, and "not by works of righteousness which we have done." Furthermore, we adhere to the Bible position and Baptist adherence that the believer's soul is eternally secure after salvation.
(Eph. 2:8-9; Tit. 3:5; John 5:24; John 3:16; Rom. 6:23; 10:9-10,13)
We believe in two scriptural uses of the word "church" (the spiritual body of Christ, consisting of all believers, and each local assembly of born again, baptized believers). We believe that all people who have been born again are a part of "the church, which is his body," (Eph. 1:22-13) and therefore should join an autonomous local church. Furthermore, we believe the Biblical church to be an Independent Bible believing (KJV) Baptist Church separate from religio-political bosses. We believe in two church ordinances: Water baptism and the Lord's Supper, and two offices: Pastor and Deacon.
(I Cor. 1:16, 11:20-30, 12:13; Eph. 1:22-23; I Tim. 3:1-13; Matt. 26:29; Mark 14:25; Luke 22:18)
We believe in baptism is the first of the two ordinances of the church.  Baptism is by immersion and it follows salvation in obedience to Christ's command.  It pictures the spiritual death, burial, and resurrection to new life, and is necessary for local church membership.
(Rom. 6:3-5; Acts 2:41; Acts 8:36-39)
The Lord’s Supper is the second of the two ordinances of the church.  The Lord’s Supper is a memorial of Jesus Christ’s death and shed blood on the cross.  It is to be a picture of what He went through and should be done as often as the church chooses in remembrance of the Lord.  The bread is a picture of His sinless body and thus is unleavened bread.  The juice is a picture of His precious, sinless blood and thus is unfermented “fruit of the vine” (grape juice) and not alcoholic, fermented wine.
(Matt. 26:26-30; Mark 14:22-26; Luke 22:14-20; I Cor. 11:23-30)
We believe in a pre-tribulation Rapture of the saved and the pre-millennial, literal return of Jesus Christ to set up His kingdom.
(I Thess. 4:13-18; I Cor. 15:50-58; Rev. 4:1; Matt. 24-25; Rev. 19-20)
We stand with the Bible in the views of marriage and the home.  We believe that Bible teaches that marriage is a union of one man and one woman.  Divorce is an unfortunate byproduct of our sin nature, however, scripture gives 3 reasons for divorce: 1. Adultery (Matt. 5:31); 2. Death (Rom. 7:1-6); 3. The unbelieving depart (I Cor. 7:14-15).  However, if you are divorced and remarried, God is not done with you, He can still use you, but in limited capacity!  Homosexual and Polygamist marriages are a perversion of God’s original design.
(Gen. 2:20-24; Matt. 19:4-6; Mark 10:6-9; Eph. 5:22-33)
We are Baptist in doctrine, and traditional in views of music and worship. We believe in a practical, Biblical Christianity: prayer, personal work, giving, ministering to the saints, Bible standards, and a daily walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
